Surgeons at Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital (LMUTH) have successfully removed a massive 2.1-kilogram testicular mass from a 16-year-old boy in a complex surgical procedure highlighting the growing capacity of Zambia’s public healthcare system to provide specialised medical care.
